Managed technical staff and daily operations of data center, soundstage, and live webcast production vehicle. Managed relocation of company into 4,000 sq. ft. production facility. Created the design specification and managed implementation of streaming media data center, control room, and soundstage using DVCPRO and DVCAM equipment from Panasonic, Sony, and Grass Valley. Managed video production operations for J-V partner TalentClick.

  Worked closely with management for business development opportunities in the areas of video streaming, encoding, integrated video/slide presentations, and asset management. Created design specification and led web team for re-launch of Internet presence.

  Managed webcast productions for BAFTA/LA, KROQ, Smokey Robinson, Mike Fenton, NCAA, WPBA, The Beat, Mega 92.3.
