Thumbs up: Fidelity Investments
Yesterday was a busy day for customer service phone calls.
I was attempting to change an automatic deposit with Fidelity Investments and found the necessary links on their web site. Unfortunately the links were pointing to the wrong resource which made it impossible for me to continue.
Customer service confirmed the links were incorrect and handled my request over the phone. Too bad their web editorial team missed the boat on this one.
