AppleScript to Manage Background Tasks v1.0
Download : This script was created for use with Final Cut Pro. I was tired of manually closing and opening my most-used applications that would otherwise grab CPU from FCP. This AppleScript automates the process. Download, unzip, and copy this script to ~/Scripts and use it to stop and start a number of applications.
