Kodak presents a timeline of the stuff we're phasing out as digital cinema proliferates. Yet, it's an important reminder to know where the technology has been and the breakthroughs that were made at the time. My favorite:
1930-31: Experimental Kodachrome color motion picture film (2 color) tried by Fox Film Co.
Kodak is still at it based on their latest advertisements in Post magazine.
