Property owners in Dallas
What seems like 40 signatures and a $200 notary bill later we own our first piece of real estate, a duplex in North Dallas, Texas.
The buying process was nothing like what I’ve read in books. Well, the theory was but the actual “doing it” can only be experienced to be fully understood.
