We’ve seen so much crap on the news about New Orleans. Hoodlums shooting at rescue helicopters, people being forcibly removed from their homes (with good reason), and mostly ugly is the finger-pointing. From the Mayor to FEMA to Dubya, they all dropped the ball. Well, some were never carrying it to begin with or even knew there was a ball to carry.
